Ingredients
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of black pepper
½ tsp grated ginger (optional)
1 tbsp warm water or orange juice
Instructions
1. Add turmeric and pepper to a small glass.
2. Pour in lemon juice and water.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Add ginger or honey if desired.

Notes
Start with ¼ tsp if new to turmeric.
