Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana (optional)
- 1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add almond milk and Greek yogurt (if using) to blender.
- Add protein powder and chia seeds.
- Add strawberries and banana slices.
- Blend on low, then high until smooth (~45–60 sec).
- Pour into glass; garnish with fresh berry if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, omit Greek yogurt or use a plant-based alternative.
