Description
A strawberry mango banana smoothie that’s sweet, creamy, and naturally packed with vitamins and fiber. Ideal for breakfast or post-workout.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup almond milk (or liquid of choice)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Add frozen strawberries, mango, and banana to a blender.
2. Pour in almond milk and Greek yogurt if using.
3. Add chia seeds and nut butter if desired.
4. Blend on high for 45 seconds until smooth.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use fully ripe fruit for best flavor.
Add ice only if needed to adjust thickness.
To make it vegan, use dairy-free yogurt or skip it entirely.
