Ingredients
1 cup spinach or kale
½ frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp grated ginger
1 scoop plant-based protein (optional)
Instructions
1. Add greens, banana, and chia seeds to blender.
2. Pour in almond milk and lemon juice.
3. Add grated ginger and protein powder if using.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
