2 cups roasted unsalted pistachios
1 tbsp avocado oil (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
1. Warm the pistachios in the oven at 300°F for 5–7 minutes.
2. Add warm pistachios to a food processor.
3. Blend for 1–2 minutes, scrape down the sides.
4. Continue blending until smooth (about 8–10 minutes).
5. Add oil if needed for consistency.
6. Season with sea salt to taste and store in a sealed jar.
