This natural 4 ingredient Mounjaro recipe is an energizing, metabolism-supporting drink made with real ingredients you already have at home.
Ingredients
1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
10–12 oz purified water
Instructions
1. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to a glass.
2. Add pink Himalayan salt.
3. Pour in purified water.
4. Stir until salt is fully dissolved.
5. Serve cold or over ice.
Notes
For sensitive stomachs, reduce vinegar to 1/2 tbsp.
Drink before meals or early morning for best results.
Store in fridge up to 3 days if prepping ahead.
