Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger or a few fresh slices
1 cup warm filtered water
Optional: stevia or raw honey to taste
Instructions
1. Warm water (not boiling).
2. Add apple cider vinegar.
3. Squeeze in lemon juice.
4. Stir in cinnamon and ginger.
5. Add optional sweetener.
6. Mix well and sip slowly.
