A silky, dairy-free matcha cream cold foam made with coconut cream and almond milk. Lightly sweetened and perfect for topping iced matcha or cold brew.
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup or stevia
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1. Whisk matcha powder and hot water until smooth
2. Add coconut cream, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla
3. Use milk frother or blender to whip until airy
4. Pour over your favorite iced drink
5. Serve immediately or store for up to 24 hours
Use oat milk for thicker foam
