Ingredients

1.5 tbsp matcha powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup mango (fresh or frozen, pureed)
Optional: maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut yogurt
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk almond milk with matcha until smooth.
2. Add chia seeds and stir thoroughly. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir again.
3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Once set, layer chia pudding and mango puree in jars.
5. Top with fresh mango, mint, or granola if desired.
