Ingredients
1 handful fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tea bag)
1 liter filtered water
2 lemon slices
Optional: cucumber rounds
Optional: fresh mint leaves
Optional: pinch of pink salt
Instructions
1. Lightly crush lemon balm leaves to release oils.
2. Place leaves and lemon slices in a pitcher.
3. Fill with filtered water.
4. Optional: Add cucumber, mint, or pink salt for flavor and electrolytes.
5. Chill in fridge for 2–4 hours or overnight.
6. Strain and serve cold or sip throughout the day.
