Description
A soothing herbal tea that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps manage stress-related cravings naturally.
Ingredients
1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 3 tbsp fresh)
1 cup hot filtered water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
Stevia or monk fruit drops (optional)
Fresh mint and ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil water and remove from heat.
2. Add lemon balm and steep for 8–10 minutes.
3. Strain, then stir in lemon juice and vinegar.
4. Add ginger and sweetener if desired.
5. Serve warm or over ice with mint.
