Ingredients

1 cup hot filtered water

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

Fresh mint and ice (optional)


Instructions

1. Boil water and remove from heat.

2. Add lemon balm and steep for 8–10 minutes.
