Description

This lemon balm recipe is a simple, calming tea made from fresh or dried lemon balm leaves. Perfect for easing stress and improving digestion.

Ingredients

Scale

1 small handful of fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tbsp dried)

1 cup boiling water

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Lemon slice or zest (optional)

Instructions

1. Place lemon balm in a cup or teapot.

2. Pour boiling water over the leaves.

3. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes.

4. Strain the tea.

5. Add honey or lemon if desired.

6. Sip and enjoy warm.

Notes

Use dried lemon balm if fresh isn’t available.

Steeping longer releases stronger calming effects.

Great to enjoy 30 minutes before bed.
