Description

A calming lemon balm recipe for weight loss made with lemon, ginger, and metabolism-boosting spices. Supports digestion and reduces cravings naturally.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tsp dried)
  • 2 lemon slices
  • ½ inch fresh ginger (sliced)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • Dash of cinnamon or cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place lemon balm, lemon, and ginger into a teapot or large mug.
  2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the ingredients.
  3. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain and stir in apple cider vinegar and cinnamon or cayenne if using.
  5. Sip warm in the morning or cool and refrigerate for detox water.
