Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tsp dried)

1 slice fresh ginger

1 slice cucumber

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

2 cups filtered water


Instructions

1. Boil water and let cool slightly.

2. Add lemon balm, ginger, and cucumber to steep in hot water.

3. Let steep 8–10 minutes (12 if using dried herbs).

4. Strain into mug or glass.

5. Stir in honey if desired and enjoy warm or over ice.
