Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
3–5 lemon balm leaves or 1 tea bag
Optional: stevia or monk fruit to taste
Instructions
1. Steep lemon balm in warm water for 3–4 minutes.
2. Whisk in matcha powder until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Add natural sweetener if desired and enjoy.
Notes
Use 4–5 times weekly before meals for best results.
Can be served warm or iced.
