Description
A guilt-free yet luxurious treat, these Dubai chocolate strawberries are dipped in antioxidant-rich dark chocolate and topped with exotic garnishes like pistachio, rose petals, and edible gold leaf.
Ingredients
12 fresh organic strawberries
100g dark chocolate (70% or higher)
2 tbsp crushed pistachios
1 tbsp dried rose petals
Edible gold leaf (optional)
1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
2. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
4. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with pistachios, rose petals, or matcha.
5. Optionally, add small pieces of gold leaf for decoration.
6. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help chocolate stick.
Use parchment to prevent sticking and easy cleanup.
Customize toppings with cacao nibs or chia for extra crunch.
