  • 8 cups cold filtered water

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon thinly.
  2. Lightly bruise the mint leaves to release their natural oils.
  3. Add cucumber, lemon, and mint to a large pitcher.
  4. Pour in 8 cups of cold filtered water.
