Description

Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced (remove seeds)
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 8 cups cold filtered water
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon thinly.
- Lightly bruise the mint leaves to release their natural oils.
- Add cucumber, lemon, and mint to a large pitcher.
- Pour in 8 cups of cold filtered water.
- Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Infuse for up to 12 hours for a stronger flavor.
- Serve over ice and enjoy.
Notes
Refill the pitcher once with fresh water before replacing ingredients. Store in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
