This refreshing cleanse detox juice combines cucumber, lemon, green apple, and ginger to flush toxins, boost energy, and support digestion naturally.
Ingredients
1 cucumber (peeled if waxed)
2 celery stalks
1 green apple (cored)
½ lemon (peeled)
1-inch ginger (peeled)
½ cup water or lemon balm water
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and chop all ingredients.
2. Add everything to a blender with the water and blend until smooth.
3. Strain using a fine mesh if preferred, or enjoy with pulp.
4. Add chia seeds, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes before drinking.
