Description
A refreshing Brazilian Mounjaro drink made with yerba mate, lime, and ginger to help boost metabolism, aid digestion, and promote clean energy naturally.
Ingredients
1 cup chilled yerba mate tea (or green tea)
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp honey or monk fruit (optional)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Fresh mint and ice to serve
Instructions
1. Brew the yerba mate and chill in the refrigerator until cold.
2. In a shaker or jar, mix lime juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, sweetener (if using), and cayenne.
3. Add chilled yerba mate to the jar and shake well.
4. Pour over ice and garnish with mint and lime slices.
5. Serve immediately for best taste.
Notes
You can substitute green tea for yerba mate.
For a fasting-friendly version, skip the sweetener.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days in a sealed glass jar.
