Description
A calming and slimming lemon balm tea to support digestion, reduce cravings, and relax the body naturally.
Ingredients
1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 3 tbsp fresh)
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/4 lemon, sliced
1 tsp raw honey
1.5 cups hot water
Instructions
1. Place lemon balm, ginger, and lemon in a teapot.
2. Pour hot water over and steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain into mug and stir in honey.
4. Serve warm and sip slowly.
Notes
Use fresh lemon balm for a stronger flavor.
Great as a mid-morning or evening tea.
