This apple peel recipe for weight loss transforms kitchen scraps into fat-burning snacks and calming teas.
Ingredients
Peels from 4–5 organic apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of pink salt
Optional: ginger slice, cinnamon stick for tea
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 225°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Toss apple peels with lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 45–60 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. For tea, simmer 1 cup peels with 2 cups water and optional ginger for 10–15 minutes.
6. Strain and sip warm.
Notes
Use organic apples for best results.
Store chips in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Add dried peel powder to smoothies, oatmeal, or coffee.
